• Thanks for the great plugin!

    I am using it with the following shortcode: [fileaway type=”table” base=”2″ paginate=”true” search=”no” mod=”no” class=”dossier” debug=”true”]

Unfortunately it’s not displayed like in your screenshots. I tried the different themes, but they all end up looking like this: https://www.onderwijsarbeidsmarktutrecht.nl/test/

What can I do to fix this issue? Thanks in advance!

Hi. You have a javascript error on your page (unrelated to File Away) that is preventing File Away from rendering the file table properly. The error is as follows (found in your console):

Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).touchwipe is not a function: (index):228

Thanks for the really quick reply Thom – you are the best! I’m going to fix the error and hope it works then ??

    Dear Thom,

I disabled the plugin to see if that’s the problem, but unfortunately it’s still not displaying properly: https://www.onderwijsarbeidsmarktutrecht.nl/test/

Looking at your page source, I see that File Away’s css file is not being loaded. Something else must be preventing it from loading. Check and see if in the File Away settings the CSS is set to load in the header on all pages. If not, set it to load in the header and see if it loads then. If that fixes it, something is preventing it from loading in the footer.

That was the trick – it’s working perfectly now. Thank you!
