Themes Images (thumbnails) Not visible

  • From the Dashboard, I click “Appearance” then choose “THEMES” and I get a page with the theme frames, and names, but no images. (This is the case with all themes that are in my “Themes” Directory.)

  • How many themes are in your wp-content/themes folder? Is each individual theme within it’s own folder – e.g.:

    wp-content/themes/theme_folder_name

    Do any of the theme folder names have spaces in them? Does each theme folder include a screenshot.png file?

    There are no spaces in folder names. These have been kept exactly as downloaded. Some names are hyphenated. Since this worked before (in the previous version) the folder names wouldn’t or shouldn’t be an issue.

    Yes, there is a screenshot.png file in them.
