theme’s footer doing something weird…..

Hi,

I’ve been working on my wordpress theme and did something that I don’t know how to fix…

When you go to my site it seems as though everything lines up, but then if you change your window size, the footer with all the links in it stays centered and no longer lines up with the header and body.

It’s only happening in internet explorer.
