Themes don’t show on site

How weird is this? I moved my site to another host. The files are all there and the databases are fine. The Theme folder has my themes – however, the site is in its raw form, so to speak. No theme. I even upgraded to 2.5.1. No theme.
I’m using the WordPress as a my business blog/site. I’ve removed a lot of the WordPress things that make it look like a blog. I didn’t want my business site to look bloggish.
I don’t have a folder for ceconn.com. The files are in the root (/home/cecon46/). Is that wrong? This worked on my old host. I can get into /wp-admin without a hitch. All my info is there but it looks like kaka. Both my old and new hosts use cPanel.
