Themes and changing them

  • Hi everybody! When you build a website and you pick through themes, are all themes fluid and customizable? Meaning, will they fit all resolutions and can I manipulate them so I can add my own logo, colors, etc?

    There is a section when you pick a theme where you can filter so you can check off if it has certain customizations and abilities to fit different devices. But I am just wondering if they all can do what I want them to do or I have to actually filter out the themes.
