    Hi @xizor

It sounds like the issue you are reporting is coming from the Themify – WooCommerce Product Filter rather than the WooCommerce core plugin.

Please submit this support request to the developers of that plugin for assistance with this.

    Hi Amanda,

It seems to be the opposite, actually.

Even without Themify Product Filter Plugin ( which is the filtering solution I wish to use) the issue persists when WooCommerce product filter exists and is used alone.

The issue seems to arise at the WooCommerce + Elementor level. The problem merely extends to Themify Filter Plugin.

    Hi @xizor

Can you provide a screenshot or a direct link to where this is happening with only WooCommerce core and a default theme such as Storefront active so I can take a closer look to better understand?

    @xizor

The reason I ask, is because I tested on my site with only WooCommerce and Storefront and the built-in product filter search works correctly as you can see here

If I switch away from an Elementor theme it wouldn’t do much good in the end.

Is there any existing record of the filters not working correctly with Elementor present and operational?

I’d be happy to deactivate Themify Product Filters, but in the end – I’ll need use of Elementor for page layout.

Could one of the many extraneous div wrappers that Elementor introduces be there cause of the problem?

Would it be possible to inspect using dev tools to see if this is the case?

Themify Product Filter is deactivated. Only WooCommerce and Elementor and Elementor Pro are activated.

    Hi @xizor

While WooCommerce has it’s own default preferred style, that is overridden by the styling of the theme you use.

As my testing shows, the issue is not within the WooCommerce core plugin, and is instead happening due to the theme being used on your site.

If you aren’t sure what options your theme and page builder have, you can contact their developer(s) for further help with this.
