ThemeForest Template Not Uploading

    Hello.

    I just purchased the Infocus theme from themeforest which is made to run on WordPress. When I go to my manage themes page and try to upload the zip file it will not do it.

    I cannot figure out the whole Filezilla upload thing. My ip address? The external ip address. I just so confused for hours. I have tried youtube videos but they don’t seem to help with Mac OX S 10.5.8.

    I don’t understand why I can’t just upload it from my computer!!!! Is the zipped file too big.

    Some hosts do allow you to upload a zip file and extract it there, but if that’s not the case then review Using Themes and the section about adding new themes.

    Yes … I am having the same problem. Just purchased InFocus Theme through ThemeForest and it will not download. Any other advise would greatly help.

    Your file from themeforest most likely contains quite a bit more than just the there. There will be directories for help files, psd files, etc. You should open the file you downloaded and extract JUST the actual theme directory, then upload that to wordpress.
