[Theme: zeeBusiness] wp e-commerce issues?

I’m using the zeeBusiness theme with custom colors. I’m having issues getting it to play nicely with the wp e-commerce plug-in.
If I put in a header it will duplicate on the e-commerce single product page and throw all text into fullscreen.
If I put in a logo instead of a header the e-commerce single product page won’t show the logo but also won’t show the product picture. I get the box with the red X.
Has anyone else had these kinds of problems with using the wp e-commerce plug-in with this theme? I would think it was designed to use this kind of plug-in, being meant for a business.

Right now I’m back to using a header so that the products will show up at least.
