[Theme: Yoko] how can I hide the WEBSITE title?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to discover how can I remove the WEBSITE title in the theme Yoko.

If you look at the following link, I am talking about the line of text that says “the yoko theme demo”. I know that I can remove this line simply by going to “customise” and then “site title”, but this way I will also remove the title that appears on google, and I don’t want to do that. I want my title to appear on google but not on the website.
Maybe it would be more appropriate to say that I just want to hide the site title from my website.
