Theme won’t upload

  • Just bought a new domain and hosting and theme and the theme won’t upload when I try in the backend. The site keeps “crashing” with a “Safari Can’t Open the Page” error.

    We can’t magically know what’s going on or how to help you without accessing your WordPress dashboard or hosting account — and for obvious security reasons, volunteers here are not allowed to request any access credentials.
