Theme won't update / hangs for hours

  • I am receiving an error that will not allow me to update to the theme I would like.
    The site I need help with is cboysheartnsoul.com. It keeps telling me to update the theme flexform, and then hangs for hours and never updates. Now I cant even get back into wordpress. Help!
