Theme won't install

  • I’m trying to install a theme that is provided by wordpress, Music Illustrated by Nedfinity. But it keeps going to the installing theme page and showing,’ unpacking the package’ but no matter how long I wait it never completes, eventually the page just stops loading whats happening?

  • This theme installed fine for me, does the same occurrence happen with other themes as well, or just this one?

    Yeah it happens with all of them. It’s only these past few days its been happening. :s It still won’t install now.

    Generally when that happens it is usually permission related on the uploads directory in the wp-content

    Might want to discuss this with your hosting on permissions

    It was working before though its only now that its failed.

    I just tried it again and its still not working. My webhost by the way is 000webhost.com

    still not working, who can I contact about this?

    Mine is/has been doing the same exact thing. For some reason it gets ‘stuck’ in the downloading process. Any ideas?
