Theme with custom field

I’ve developed a theme with custom field, which are added to the Add New Post page with the add_meta_box function.

When I enter something into the custom field on the Add New Post page and press publish the value is inserted correctly as expected – but in the section called Custom Fields the value is repeated once. Is there a way to remove my themes custom fields from the other custom fields?
