Theme with article section “clones”

Hello there.

I’d like to use the User Role Editor in a theme I bought where there are several modules “cloned” from articles.
I’m talking about “downloads”, “projects”, “services”, etc.
All of them, since they’re article “clones”, have the same article module structure.
So if, in the User Role Editor options page, I check or uncheck “delete articles” (or whatelse in the list) for one of those modules it works for all the other modules cloned from articles.
This is a problem becouse I need to allow a user to see only the article section, not all the “clones” (“downloads”, “projects”, “services”, etc.).
Is there a way to handle that?
