Theme will not upload

    I purchased the radial theme from themeforest.com. When I go to upload theme, I select the ZIP file and click “install now”. From there it takes about 30 minutes for the page to load/send (180MB zip file). After that a screen pops up says… “are you sure you want to do this? Please try again” the link takes me back to the theme select and upload page. I have done this twice with the same outcome.

  • Are you able to upload it to your themes folder via an FTP program?

    The file may be too large to take through the dashboard uploader (I believe there is a limit on file size of around 120mb?)

    You’ll need to ask them for help – as commercial themes aren’t supported on these forums.
