[Theme: Virtue] Lato font not support specific Czech characters

Hello,
I have chosen to use Virtue theme for my eshop which uses Lato font loaded from google fonts service. But google font service offers just the old version of Lato which does not support specific Czech characters, namely ú, ?, ě, é. I tried to use Adobe TypeKit where the new verion 2.0 of Lato is available, but the result of my efford is that Lato font is loaded from google, rendered, then loaded from Adobe and redendered again. It’s very slow and annoying.

Is there any reasonale way to use Lato 2.0 supporting wide character set? I was very close to buy premium version but this is the blocking point.
