Velvet by Rainbow Themes – Accordions and Tabs not working

Hi there!

I was doing some routine check-ups on websites, and I discovered today that on one of our clients websites: https://wardchapin.com/, the accordion tabs are not opening. (see here: https://wardchapin.com/ward-chapin/)

Also, our tabs are not displaying their content: https://wardchapin.com/board-advisor/. In fact, when you click on the tabs, it sends you to the bottom of the page.

We double checked that the HTML was correct, as the developer displays them here: https://themeforest.net/item/velvet-clean-responsive-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/2310347. So, that’s not the problem.

When we debug in the browser, it shows that the jquery is undefined.
