[Theme: Utility] Doesn't display site title

    The site title is not showing up in the banner. It’s typed in properly in the Site Title cell under Settings/General. (The tagline displays properly.)

    How can I get the site title to display? Do I need to insert code in the Header code area? If so, what do I type and where? Thanks.
