Theme Using Index.php Instead of Custom page123.php Template

  • I have added custom pages before, ie home.php and variations of page.php code bringing in custom sidebars, headers, etc.

    However, I can SEE the names in the edit dropdown but no changes are taking place even after clearing ie8 cache..

    what could I doing wrong??

  • If it’s a specific template, then there’s something wrong in that particular template file.
