Theme Upload option not visible!

  • Thank you in advance. I purchased a theme from a Themeforest, downloaded the zip, but for some reason, when i go to the correct page to upload the theme, the upload option isn’t available!

    I set up this account with WordPress a few hours ago, but I don’t see why I wouldn’t be allowed to upload a theme? I have a premium account.
