Theme Upload not working

  • I have tried to upload a new theme zip file to my WordPress site via both the Appearance > Themes > “Install a theme in .zip format” and in Plugins via the “Install a plugin in .zip format”

    I can seem my browser starts sending the request to my site but after a few minutes a WP failure notice (white page) loads with the following text: “Are you sure you want to do this?” and then a link below “Please try again”

    I have tried several times with the same result. What could be the issue? What do I need to do to install the theme?

  • I have had the same thing happen to over and over again, I also get after I actually get it to install for once it says “Unpacking the package…” and stays like that and never uploads the theme. But it would be very helpful to get this fixed, or too get help on it.
