Still crickets. Anyone have a true support channel for Hello Elementor? Clearly this one is not being tended to… SOS.

    Hi @3cstudio

If all pages are not broken but only one page has issue, I would check whether is has custom HTML or custom CSS.

Also, after the update, try the clear all cache. You should also update the db and regenerate all elementor css files.

May be the page is using widgets developed by outdated plugin which doesn’t support the latest Elementor version.

If you still can’t debug and fix the issue, send me the credentials to your site. I will try to help you.

Hi Rami, thanks for the input. I’m now in an email support thread with an Elementor support tech who was gracious enough to a). let support management know that this Support feature on the Hello Elementor theme is quite silent, and b). help me by looking in wp-admin for any signs of issues with the Theme itself via a temp login.

@3cstudio I’m happy I could assist you in resolving the issue and finding the culprit of the issue to be caused by missing closing bracket of the custom HTML code added into the Shortcode widget. @ramiy you were correct in suggesting to check the custom code as the issue happened only on this one page.
