Theme unresponsive to changes and alignment off centre

Hi There,

Really love this theme but sadly it has stopped responding to any change I make in my Dashboard. Also, the responsive theme has changed alignment and is completely off centre.

On the responsive theme it is pushed over to the left and more of the background is seen on the right. At least double the amount. It wasn’t doing that before.

Also, suddenly all of the prefooter decorations are going way beyond the posts sheet. I have done no .css, deleted any new plugins and no matter what I do the theme just has stopped responding.

I have rearragned the prefooter widgets and it has not effect on the webpage at all. I have even deleted some widgets and they are still there when I refresh. I have cleared the cache and refreshed but nothing. I can delete all the widgets and it will not move even one bit.
