Theme Unassigned Review For over 10 Days

Hello World,
I submitted a theme for review over 10 Days ago.

I have read all the documentation regarding theme review. When I view all the new theme tickets opened by other authors, themes submitted 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 days ago have all been assigned a reviewer and at least started in the process with comments by reviewers. However, my ticket has not been updated by anyone but myself for over 10 days.
In my ticket, I mention that “I was told I was going to get a confirmation email, but never did. Not sure if it contained further instructions. Thanks.” I wonder if this has anything to do with why my theme has not been assigned a reviewer. My email has not changed since I registered with WP about 6 years ago.
I am aware that theme reviewers are volunteers, and that it can take some time, however, it looks like my ticket has fallen in a black hole. Based on the documentation, if my theme had been assigned a reviewer, it should have been assigned a new reviewer 3 days ago after it went un-commented on for 7 days. As I have mentioned, much newer themes have been assigned and at least commented on, so something doesn’t seem to add up.
I tested myself before submitting, and as far as I know it meets all requirements and most recommendations.
