Hello team,

First of all thanks for this new release, As new theme released on www.remarpro.com I have installed & checked what is new and different than after later I have deleted and installed different different themes but I see the fonts are still loading in my website, can you pls see and help me how to solve this issue??

Recently I have changed my theme but still having this same issue loading Twenty Twenty Font on my website. I have checked in Website Cpanel & FTP but that file is not available, unable to understand than how that fonts are loading.

How to solve this issue???

Are you using any sort of caching plugin, or do you see a “Clear/Purge Cache” button in your Dashboard or admin bar? If so, would you please try clearing the cache?

Note: You do not need to install a caching plugin at this point just to clear a cache you don’t have. If you don’t have a caching plugin or a way to clear a server-level cache, just say so. ??

I have a cache plugin WP Rocket
I done this several times & server cache too but still it’s appearing, I have tried to locate that file in Cpanel FTP server too but that theme or file is not available in website than how could it will appear in Cpanel or FTP server.. .

But still these fonts are loading:-

I noticed both screenshot GTMetrix reports are from the same date and time. They cache their results too, so make sure you use the Re-scan option on the results page.

The screenshots aren’t loading anymore, but I run Chrome Version 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (64-bit) and ONLY with the TwentyTwenty theme do I see dingbats instead of text. This even happens on Matt’s site.

This is a known issue but its a bug in Chrome and not TwentyTwenty itself, see the response here:
