Menu hover background color and size

    I’m using Twenty Twelve version 1.3
    I tried to put hover background color to my menu. The color is there. But the size of the hover background height is so tall. When I add height to it, it became shorter but the text of the menu doesn’t move.

    How should I know that. I’m new to this forum. A simple reply about that could help me understand. Why you need to get angry? Not everybody understand everything.
