[Theme Twenty Thirteen] Top banner gone from mobile on 4.0

    With the 4.0 update my two sites running Twenty Thirteen do not show the top banner on mobile. Everything else works fine. Anyone know whether this is a known issue? Is a fix in the works, or should I switch to Twenty Fourteen, which does display the top banner on all devices?

  • I guess the banner was taken out because the widt of the banner will not shrink in the mobile or may not look good when shrinked.. This is just an assumption.

    Thanks for the response. This is most likely the explanation. However, I would have liked to be given the option to keep the banner. I prefer an imperfect banner to no banner.

    Also, I wonder whether there are any plans to address this issue, or is Twenty Thirteen being left to die on the vine. Anybody knows?
