[Theme: Twenty Thirteen] NextGen Lightbox not working after site move

Hi all, my first post here. Recent Dreamweaver to WP convert.

I had a gallery up and lightbox was working fine. Then moved my site from subdomain to main domain. My images now open directly instead of lightbox.

I tried uninstalling NextGen and any lightbox plugin (currently wp-jquery lightbox). Looks like some files remained even after NextGen uninstall because the old galleries showed up after re-install.

Should I go manually delete files and re-install? Any guidance appreciated!
