[Theme: Twenty Fourteen] Content jumps while scrolling

Hey guys,

im using Twenty Fourteen and changed the order of menu and header image. What i noticed, that the header image and the content is kind of jumping while scrolling down under the menu.

Any ideas how to fix this.
