[Theme: Twenty Eleven (Child)] How To Remove Disqus Comments From Pages

I would like to remove the Disqus comment system from all my pages – not my posts, just the pages. I turned off comments in the screen options but it doesn’t affect the disqus comment form at all (at some pages). What can change in order to remove the disqus comment system from all my pages?
