[Theme: Twenty Eleven] Adjusting widths of elements

I have two problems with adjusting widths of elements.

First, the ‘access’ nav bar doesn’t go in a line but a <il> went down. I don’t have any idea how to fix this..

Second, the width of ‘entry-title’ needs to be the same as the nav bar, which is 960px.

How could i fix these? i am in pain….
