[Theme: Tienda] how do I add a logo?

Firstly, when I bought this theme it says there was one year support, but their website doesn’t appear to show any support, and refers us to here. Do they cover the support from here?

I have bought the theme, but can only see how to upload a header. I don’t see where you add Sliders, nor do I see how to upload a logo that is on the demo.

I also thought the plugins, like Woocommerce etc would have come with it.

Hope someone can help.
