Theme throws PHP error, no way to contact support
-
I have been trying to contact support for over two weeks. I am unable to register for the Themely forum; I get an access denied page, and the request for access cannot be submitted due to a reCAPTCHA “invalid site key” error.
I tried the “contact us” link on the Themely website, but it just spins and does nothing when I press Send.
I have posted on the WordPress forum, but have gotten no reply.
The Avante Lite theme crashes with a PHP error and I have no way to fix it:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Undefined constant “adaptiveHeight” in /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/avante-lite/sections/testimonials.php:8
I might have considered upgrading to Pro, because I like the way this theme looks for my client, but I have ZERO confidence in their support team at this point.
If anyone has a direct email address for Themely, please let me know. I am desperate to get someone’s attention over there.
