[Theme: Thematic] Theme is alignment is off

I am currently managing this website https://www.aadp.org
The original webmaster is no longer with our organization and i am still new to WP.
Our org website was working just fine until about 12p today: https://www.aadp.org/our theme is WP Thematic 0.9.7.7 (i think)
everything seems to be off place and there should be a 3 column on the bottom subsidiary on the homepage.can anyone with more details on how to fix this?
I need help ASAP! it’s very important for our organization because of our visitors.
