Theme that looks like…

Hello,

I’m looking for a theme that looks something like https://www.go2web20.net/. I’m not looking for a copy of that website but basically a theme that allows one to display graphic “advertisements” of varying sizes that link to a website or a page/post. A “drag and drop” interface would be awesome.

I would also be willing to pay a designer to make this theme for us. The two people that I’ve worked with in the past on various projects are unavailable for this one.
