Theme, that lets you rate a person and review them!

Hello.

I am getting tired of the way my school handles complaints about teachers. So, I want to make a public “forum” where people can go in and rate a certain teacher. This theme i seek is not far from the setup Trustpilot uses.

What I need:
A theme that lets you search the site for a certain teacher. I will create all the teachers beforehand. Eg, The student types “Mia” and all the teachers names Mia shows up. Then the student – either anonymously or public, write a review of the teacher as well as giving them a 1-10 star rating. I will then look over the review to see if it is construktive and then let it pass through if good.

Can anyone help me with this? I am willing to pay for the theme.
