Theme Switcher

I have installed the Theme Switcer plug in from:
https://boren.nu/archives/2004/10/13/theme-switcher-plugin/
When switching between themes, rather than instantly switch themes, I get a white page that says:
OK
Page Moved Here
With “here” being a link back to the domain name and the new theme visible. Is this how this switcher should work? Or is something weird going on?
