Theme Suggestion needed as an alternative to AVADA theme. Speed is terrible.

I am thinking of moving away from Avada which I’m using for over 10 years on my three personal business websites and blogs. According to my research, “Themify Ultra” or “Elementor” or “Divi” seem to be the best alternatives. I’m inclined to Themify actually… But I’m having hard time to decide which one I should invest in as an alternative for Avada. According to my investigations, I see that all these three have some advantages and disadvantages. (of course). The reason I want to get rid of Avada is mainly, the “speed” issue, which is becoming more and more important for SEO ranking. The speed tests for Avada is terrible about speed and performance indeed. But good in flexibility. However, what is the use of making the best design website if nobody can find your site in Google? SEO is important. Speed is important. There are a lot of bloats in AVADA’s coding. I did everything to speed up my pages, including their tweak suggestions and performance tweak suggestions. However I can not get more than 25 in mobile pagespeed in “PageSpeed insights”. GtMetrics scores are also low. (I’m using a pretty fast hosting service as well). I even changed my hosting provider 3-4 times within this last 10 years, to get an increased speed. And I tried so many cache plugins, and all top essential plugins which is suppoesed to increase the speed performance. But none of them increases my website speed significantly to a reasonable score. Avada is really frustrating and I think it is time to get rid of it and switch to a more modern fast premium theme. I’m fed up with AVADA.

HERE ARE THE ALTERNATIVES I’M THINKING OF:

1- THEMIFY ULTRA
2- ELEMENTOR
3- DIVI

If I choose “Themify”; I read somewhere that it would be hard to switch to another theme in the future if they stop improving it. But it seems to be the fastest one among these three. (If the reviews about it is honest). But I have concerns about using third party plugins with “Themify”. Because I saw a review page saying that it is not compatible with many third party plugins. I want to be flexible.

And about “Elementor”; I see some critisizms as well… Such as; Elementor is said to make faster pages when compared to Divi (but not Thenify). But while Divi has one time fee, Elementor needs a recurring payment every year. It is not a problem to pay one time fee for me even if it is higher price, only if it will solve my speed and performance problem, as long as the theme is fast and flexible, without any bloat codings. I wouldn’t change themes frequently if I’m satisfied with the performance and if I can build e nice design.

“Themify Ultra” seems to have the best speed according to my investigations… But I don’t trust the commercial reviews in Youtube. I need a confirmation. And Themify seems to have a recurring payment as well. I’m so confused. Any comments? Which theme should I switch from Avada to get the best speed and flexibility?

Speed and flexibility is my priority. Ease of use is also important of course. I need help about my decision. Any comments?
