Theme suggestion needed

I’m new to this forum and would need some guidance for choosing the right theme.

– Which theme (free or commercial) would you recommend for a corporate site that will need collaborative editorial participation – different accounts giving editorial access to specific portions of the site.

I don’t really know whether this feature is really part of a theme or core WP settings, but in any case advise from experienced forum members would be much appreciated.
