Theme Suggestion for Review Site

I’m looking for a theme or theme/plugin combo that will allow user posted video reviews. It doesn’t have to be too elaborate but I remember seeing one a year or so ago but didn’t need it at the time. Now that I need it, of course I can’t find it.

Any help would be appreciated.
