Theme suggestion? ecommerce structure without cart

I am helping a very small company update to wordpress responsive. They had already chosen Felicity Pro. But it isn’t quite right and “columns” don’t have break points they just stay in columns on Mobile.
I have spent hours searching for a theme. I want to find a good solid basic theme with a couple of customizeable widgets that is solid responsive. Will pay upto $69 for Theme??? But He doesn’t want to pay for any PHP modifications. Out of the Box – only utilizing the Theme settings.

Does anyone have a suggestions that would meet these parameters?

What they want:
? standard responsive
? header with background image
? columns that are responsive (mobile: the image then the text wraps below)
? or Product pages that allow me to use with Paypal. (that is what they want)
? They only have 5 products and I want to have the five products on the home page link to the individual product pages with a paypal button. Really Basic.
? Widget for 5-8 different right column variations. Need to have different right column content for the areas of the site.
? Will only use Paypal buttons. No ecommerce.
