    Just to be clear my first line says “For some reason WooCommerce….” but I have tested and this is not WooCommerce issue. As I used another theme and problem went away. Used this theme and problem reappeared.

    More than 5 days have passed and not a single reply.

    Hello @techman,

    Sorry for the late response, seems like we missed it completely.

    We tried replicating the issue on our local setup but did not find the issue, as you have mentioned. While activating some other themes and then activating back to the eStore theme, all the settings were as they were, and nothing had changed.

    Since these are rare issues, they might have occurred from the third-party plugin or the cache. Since you have already recovered the site, everything is fine now.

    However, if you get the same issues in the near future, kindly let us know so that we can find the exact problem and the solutions simultaneously.

    Also, if you have any other confusion with the theme, let us know here, and we will be back.

    Regards

    None of the images on page 1 of home page are working fine. They only look fine because most of the images are square. But if you look at some images which are greater in height then you will see the problem. Example given below:

    https://i.imgur.com/xx2ssYA.png

    All images on page 2 and previous pages are working fine. If you inspect problem images then you will see they point to MyImageName.jpg but correct images point to MyImageName-300×300.jpg

    Looks like I will have to wait another 5 days for a reply.

    Hello @techman,

    Sorry for the late response, seems like we missed it completely.

    We are unable to replicate the issue you have reported on our side so could you please verify the issue by deactivating the third-party plugins one by one?

    Hope this helps.

    If the issue still persists, please kindly let us know and I will be back.

    I have disabled all plugins except WooCommerce but same issue. A new beta site has been created for testing Beta Site where you can see.

    I didn’t receive any proper solution. Developer asked to add the following in CSS but but it is not good as it simply restricts height to 300 while keeping width as it is so images look very bad.

    .woocommerce-page ul.products li.product .products-img img{
        height: 300px!important
    }

    I even installed a fresh WordPress with only WooCommerce and this theme and no other plugins and indeed the problem exists. So problem is definitely in this theme which developer isn’t bothering to fix.

    Developer don’t care about this theme and giving same bullshit response to everyone. Can we in anyway ask WordPress to ban it from here? It’s clear they have no intention of releasing an update and solving this issue. Surely there must be a way to ask WordPress to ban this theme from here.

    Hi @techman,

    Sorry for the inconvenience you have been facing with the theme.

    Our developers are working on the few other issues that has been arrised from the eStore theme. So we are going to release the theme update very soon (1-2 days). Also, your issue has been requested to the developers in which they are working now. Hopefully we will be releasing the theme update within few hours to a day. Once done you can update the theme to the latest version which will come with the issue you have been getting and other minor issues.

    I hope you have understood now. Let me know if you still have any queries and I will be back.

    @techman That’s enough. I am closing this topic and flagging your account for moderation due to your abuse.

    Can we in anyway ask WordPress to ban it from here?

    You are not anyone’s customer here and if you repeat that abuse then you will be banned from this site.

    The developers of this free theme do not owe you or anyone anything at all. They do not even owe you a reply. That you think they do indicates a real failure of understanding on your part.

    You are not this developer’s customer. You are at best an open source collaborator. Set your expectations appropriately.

    If the free support offered by by the developer is not to your satisfaction then feel free to stop using this theme.
