[Theme: Standard] Formatting Navigation Bar

    Newbie question here–forgive my ignorance!

    My site is headofmetal.com, and I’d like to change the formatting and color of my main navigation bar. I would like the text to be bold and white so that it really pops off the black background. As simple as it sounds, I’m having trouble figuring it out.

    Am I missing how to perform this action in plain site (i.e., from the Menus tab in the admin panel), or do I have to use CSS?
