[Theme: Sparkling] Blog title & tagline not displaying with or without image

  • Hey,

    My blog title and tagline aren’t displaying (which I would like to have happen) with or without a custom header image. I know I could just add text to the image, but I have a lovely but technically-inept boss, so if it could be done so he can change text rather than Photoshop an image, that’d be easier.

    Please walk me through potential solutions as simply as possible, since I’m still learning the ropes (the IT guy did the installation of the WordPress software on our server).
