Hello! I am trying to remove the page titles from my website which is made with the help of simple catch theme. I didn’t edit it a lot (styles.php). Minor changes, like size of logo. I am not web-designer or smth, however I do have some basic understanding of HTML and scripts. When creating a page, one enter page title. However, I really don’t want page title to be displayed when I am on this page, page title can be written manually when you create the content for the page. Besides, I can choose different fonts, sizes for content (and page title of course). Thank you in advance!

  • I have been trying all of your recommended codes to get rid of the HOME title and I still have had no luck. It is driving me crazy. I wonder what I am doing wrong. I’m using the Appearance Editor on my domainname.wordpress page online and not using any third party tools or FTP. Will this still work?

    hello,

I would just delete the single.php, date, author and comments, but certainly not the home page or elsewhere. thank you

To remove page titles I create the Pages without a title. Then in the Menu portion I add the page and name the “Navigation Link” the name I want. Therefore I would have “About Us” in the menu, but the page itself will have no heading of About Us. If you create the Page in the traditional sense, then edit it and remove the Title, the permalink will still point to …./about-us/
