[Theme: Simple Catch] Font colour change not working

  • I am running the latest wordpress and using a child theme based on simplecatch theme (1.4.5). When I try to change the font colours using the Theme Options nothing changes on the site. I have also tried running the theme directly (ie not through a child theme) and still nothing happens.

    Any idea what might be happening?

  • Could be any number of things — mark-up errors, CSS errors, other CSS over-riding the changes you are trying to make, theme problems… Hard to say very specifically without seeing the site.

    Are you using Firebug to check out what is going on with the CSS on the page?

    Validating your pages will check for errors.
