Theme showing slider image in thumbnail size while hear image cover most of the

It looks like that site stuck on preloader, can you please try to deactivate all plugins except recommended and see if it helps?

@roman, the situatin is still the same.Is it the wordpress upgrade to 4.7? I even try to prepare another installation at https://pclng.com/p/ and its also stuck at the header image and slider point.
Please help!

Sydney 1.33 works well with WordPress 4.7 on my localhost.

yes it is i actually install on a different folder altogether and the issue still persist

Well it didnt work i had initially change to another theme but after the new sydney update every thing works fine now.
