Theme Shortcode not working

I use Elegenttheme’s one of responsive theme. Theme’s default render to mobile can’t render that much nicely what Wptouch does. My problem is in the shortcode I’m using from Theme’s default system (like buttons, tabs, info) these option can’t render by Wptouch. Does anybody felt this problem with this awesome plugin and theme’s default system and Is there any solution?
