Theme Selection Opinions – Commercial use

I am really having a tough time deciding on a theme for our site re-design. Don’t want a free one, want one with support and that is meant for building great commercial sites from. Have looked at Thesis – but then don’t you need a skin too? Also like the Genesis framework from Studio press… Headway theme? Or maybe there is simply a particular theme out there on Themeforest?

Regardless I think the theme needs to be responsive so we don’t need a second site for mobile… from there it should be coded well so it loads quickly. Our site is not ecommerce, it is a corporate site https://www.prioritymoving.com

Want to have lots of options such as choosing any color, customizing the menus, different ways to layout the pages and blog posts, quality, functionality and flexibility, lots of widget areas, page control options, and well written, secure coding

I am no expert so anyone have a preference to any particular type (Genesis, Thesis) or a particular theme that has a proven following with support and a track record? Any advice or suggestions are appreciated!!!
