Theme says it installed, but it is not there!

    I purchased and downloaded a theme and installed it. It said the theme was installed, but there were also some error messages. I tried re-installing and this is now what it tells me:

    Installing the theme…

    Destination folder already exists. /home1/spiremar/public_html/realmailflyers/wp-content/themes/smartdesign/

    Theme install failed.

    However, the theme is not available.

    I just installed another theme and had the same result, this time I saved the error message:

    Installing the theme…

    Theme installed successfully.

    But the second theme does show as available!!
